- 25 cl or ½ pint of milk

To make pumpkin spice syrup, put the ingredients in a pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Let it cool and store it in the refrigerator.

- Prepare some whipped cream by whipping up heavy cream with sugar.
- Heat the milk.
- Put the pumpkin syrup in the glass, the two espressos, and stir, then add the hot milk and mix.
- Top with whipped cream and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

You don’t drink dairy milk? No problem, use a vegetable non-dairy milk (soy, oat, coconut…).

To make a vegan whipped cream: whip very cold coconut cream with a blender at high speed, and sweeten it to your taste as it rises. It is ready when the texture is firm.
