- 200 ml of water
- 4 ice cubes

How to make Frappuccino: the upgraded frappe coffee
Starbucks Frappuccino is considered an upgraded version of its ancestor the frappe coffee. It’s the same base as a frappe with a gourmet twist.
Ingredients to make a Frappuccino:
- 4 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 3/4 cup dairy milk or plant milk: almond, soy, oat milk, etc.
- 1/4 cup hot water
- flavor: vanilla, caramel, etc.
- 4 teaspoons of powdered sugar or your choice of sweetener: maple syrup, condensed milk, stevia, honey, etc.
- ice cubes as needed
To make your homemade Frappuccino, first, make an instant coffee with hot water and let it cool down in the fridge. Pour in the blender the cold coffee and the milk. Add your flavors, the sweetener, and the ice cubes to top the blender. Blend until everything is well mixed and the ice cubes are broken down.
Serve in a chilled glass or mug, you can top with whipped cream and your choice of toppings: chocolate chips, caramel sauce, etc.
How to make mocha frappe
Mc Donald’s made the mocha frappe popular, and with reason: it’s another delicious modern and gourmet variation of the frappe coffee.
Ingredients for homemade mocha frappe:
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 1 cup whipped cream (light version if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 4 teaspoons of sweetener: powdered sugar, stevia, honey, condensed milk, maple syrup, etc.
- 4 teaspoons of chocolate sauce or syrup
- ice cubes as needed
To make mocha frappe, dissolve the instant coffee with hot water and cool the coffee in the fridge. Add in the blender: the cold coffee, the cream, the sweetener, the cholate sauce or syrup, and the ice cubes to top the blender. Blend until the ice cubes break down and the mixture has a nice smooth texture.
